The owners will be able to utilize the 200,000 sq. ft. of office facilities and the 4 sky terraces which accommodates recreational, meeting, civic, sports and restaurants facilities. The tower will be served by 2,862 car parking garage. The unique design is unlike any other building in the world, ensuring the Badria Tower will always stand out from the rest, even in a city of distinctive buildings. The sky terraces at different levels, dramatically reveal the core of the building and provide not only spacious exterior areas for residents to use but also helps reduce the typical effect of high winds on tall structures, enhancing the stability of this graceful tower. The segmented glass facade maximizes the views from all apartments. Approached by passageway from the 12 levels of covered parking at the back of the building or by the main entrance from Sheikh Zayed Road, the main lobby immediately suggests the rich quality of all the Badria Tower’s materials with granite finishes of walls and floors.Here the dual atriums create a light and airy atmosphere for the shops, cafes and offices that occupy the lowest levels. The $517 million contract for the construction was awarded to CSHK Dubai Contracting. |
